The animations are just as violent and jerky as the ragdoll animations. Not to mention the workshop compatibility.Īll of the weapons have their own "feel". It makes up for the fact that there aren't many levels, and the levels that exist are pretty short. Now they have become small(er) environments to where you essentially pick weapons from a wall, and hold out until you die.
The endless modes began as giant empty white rooms. Even the way that the gore functions, it works in line with polygons, as you're essentially shooting polygon chunks off of enemies.Ī lot of the complaints that address the length of the game don't address the endless modes.
The lighting and atmosphere work very well with the graphical style. However I feel that this is very different. As I stated above, the graphics seem very low quality, and frankly I'm very tired of games with the whole "Minimalist" art style, as I feel it's become over saturated, and sometimes a really great way of making a half assed game and charging much more than what it's worth. I would put it more in line with Paint the Town Red. The violence feels a lot different in this one. Characters are very jerky during their animation, but not in a sense of poor animation, in more of a dramatic fashion. Animations are pretty brutal and violent.
Everything is over-exaggerated but in a pretty well executed way. The graphics are sort of unappealing, but when you get into the game, it all fits together. But the game also provides a really neat style of gameplay that you don't really see. Is it short? Yeah, It's really damn short. The Developers don't really advertise the game as anything different than it is. Look at the screenshots and watch the videos. I'd say the perfect price point would be $12.99
I don't quite understand the complaints on this one? I wish I could recall how much I paid for the game, but it was shortly after release, and it wasn't too expensive.
